The Student registry offices provide a support service for students of undergraduate, postgraduate and 5 or 6-year postgraduate degrees.

The student registry offices provide the following services relating to university careers:
- enrollments in degree courses, single-cycle master's degree courses and master's degrees, individual courses, master's degrees, specialization courses, specialization courses, and teacher training (24 CFU);
- changes within the University, from one course of study to another, changes in location, changes in organization;
- transfers to and from another University;
- suspension of career following the Student Career Regulations (see the Regulations web page);
- reactivation of career following suspension (reconnaissance request);
- achievement of title;
- interruption of studies or continuation of career abroad (for study courses governed by Ministerial Decree 509/1999 and Ministerial Decree 270/2004);
- renunciation of continuing one's studies or pursuing one's career abroad (for courses of study under the systems in force before Ministerial Decree 509/1999 and for specialization schools);
- application for exemption/refund of student fees (for situations not arranged automatically);
- career abbreviations;
- application for recognition of previous career (following forfeiture, interruption, renunciation of continuing studies);
- issuing certificates and duplicates (diary booklet, university booklet, smart card);
- release of scrolls and duplicates;
- compulsory internships managed by the University (where provided for by the course of study) for admission to state exams.

Opening hours
For opening hours and access mode, refer to the "Students registry offices" web page on the UniTO website.
You can access the service only by appointment for the following activities:
- collecting certificates for abroad
- collecting certificates for private use, not informatized records
- collecting parchment
- collecting smart card
- collecting other documentation (i.e. original upper secondary school leaving certificate)
- documentation delivery (i.e. training documents, thesis)
- administrative consulting - career
You can arrange an appointment on Agenda CampusNet as follows:
- accessing your MyUniTo and selceting the item "Sportello - Prenota appuntamento"
- from the website of your study course/Department selecting the item "Sportello - Prenota appuntamento" available in the section "Studiare", following the instructions of the manuale per la prenotazione dell'appuntamento.
In order to avoid misunderstanding, go to the counters in the opening hours and in the date of the appointment.
