Summer 2025: special opening hours

In August 2025, the school will have special opening hours and closures as listed below.

• Saturday 2 August - closed
• From August 4 to 8 - open, closing at 6 p.m.
• Saturday 9 August - closed
• From August 11 to 16 - closed
• From August 18 to 22 - open, closing at 6 p.m.
• Saturday 23 August - closed
• From August 25 to 29 - open, closing at 6 p.m.
• Saturday 30 August - closed
• from 1 September - regular schedule (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.)

The "Nuovo Polo Didattico" is closed from July 28 to August 31, 2025.

Offices' closures (corso Unione Sovietica, 218 bis):

• Teaching office - from August 4 to 31 inclusive
• Students' registry office - from August 11 to 22 inclusive
• OTP office (Orientation, Tutoring and Placement) - from August 4 to 22 inclusive
• International office -  from August 11 to 20 inclusive
• Virtual reception desk provided by the Erasmus Tutors - from August 4 to 27 inclusive
• Research office - from August 9 to 24 inclusive
• Budget and Contracts office - from August 11 to 31 inclusive

During summer holidays, the Students Registry Office of "Direzione delle imprese" (Economia Aziendale), located in via Ferraris di Celle, 2 - Cuneo, remains closed from July 28 to August 26 inclusive.

During the summer holidays, the headquarters of "Green e Digital Management" (Economia Aziendale), located in corso Giuseppe Pella, 2b - Biella, remains closed from August 4 to 22 inclusive.
