A training course, accessible in every season, that enhances your academic and professional future.
What is "Challenge for Skill"?
"Challenge for Skill" is an innovative, flexible and always-accessible training programme designed to support students in the development of transversal skills (soft skills) which are increasingly in demand in the academic world and the labour market.
Designed for all seasons - i.e. active and usable throughout the academic year - it allows each participant to customise the learning time according to their own needs.
Thanks to the presence of video-testimonials by high-level professionals, the programme offers dynamic and concrete training on topics that are fundamental for personal growth, orientation and employability.
What you will learn
The course is divided into 10 strategic thematic areas, each of which is addressed through a training video and a final quiz:
- Public Speaking
- Stress Management
- Controlling Emotions

- Problem Solving
- Teamwork and Leadership
The available video resources have subtitles in English and Italian.
